From Congressman Tom Reed: I have known Joe Sempolinski for years. Joe has lived in our area his whole life and I’ve watched him mature and grow into the man he is today. First and foremost, Joe is a loving husband and father. I’ve seen first hand Joe’s compassion and empathy as he cares for his beautiful special needs daughter Jojo. I also believe Joe’s work in the private sector gives him the right balance and temperament for this job. I know Joe would do a great job in congress.
