WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Tom Reed (R, Corning) has issued a statement, saying after the Obama administration spent three years preparing for Obamacare, they cannot tell Congress how many have enrolled, who will be able to keep their current plan, or how much healthcare will cost.
