WASHINGTON DC – Congressman Tom Reed (R, Corning) issued this statement about the Federal Court’s Decision on Obamacare:
“We have successfully repealed aspects of it, but we need to do more. Today’s court ruling is another victory for the American people.”
“It is unfair that President Obama has been using executive orders to force his failing agenda on our families and today the courts made that very clear,” said Tom Reed for Congress Spokeswoman Amy Hasenberg. “Obamacare is harmful to the American people yet President Obama and members of the D.C. Liberal establishment have continued to force it on our families. We deserve better than the broken promises and failed policies of Obama.”
“John Plumb, Tom’s opponent, believes that it is a waste of time for Congress to repeal Obamacare even though premiums have risen, prescription costs have gone up, and families have lost coverage,” said Hasenberg. “Helping our families is not at waste of time and that is why Tom is continuing to fight this legislation and why the courts just ruled against Obamacare.”
