With the Nov. 3 General Election two weeks away and the absentee ballot application deadline only one week away, the Steuben County Board of Elections reminds registered voters of important deadlines and county resources. · October 27 — Deadline to postmark an Absentee Ballot application or voters also may apply for an absentee ballot at https://www.steubencony.org/Pages.asp?PGID=19 · Nov. 2 — Last day to apply in person for absentee ballots at the Board of Elections. · Early voting begins Saturday, Oct. 24 and runs through Sunday, Nov. 1. Information including applications for absentee ballots, early voting days and times, sample ballots, and polling site changes are available on the Steuben Board of Elections at https://www.steubencony.org/Pages.asp?PGID=19 County Elections Commissioners Veronica Olin (R) and Kelly Penziul (D) also reminded voters COVID-19 protocols remain in place at polling sites, and added “Please help us protect our election inspectors.
