Republican Assemblyman Introduces Bill To Notify Parents That Grades 3-8 Don’t Have To Take Common Core Tests

ALBANY, NY – Republican Assemblyman Jim Tedisco (Glenville, NY) has announced legislation called the “Common Core Parental Refusal Act”.

Tedisco’s bill, if passed, would require school districts notify parents that their children, grades 3 through 8, could refuse to take part in Common Core standardized tests.
