At 2:00 this afternoon, there was a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new Racaltos Restaurant on Seneca Road North, Hornell. Owners Joe and Jay Huang-Racalto were joined by Mayor John Buckley, Fr. Stan Kacprzak, Heather Lisi and several others were on hand.
The doors to Racaltos officially open at 4:00pm today. Racaltos is located in the longtime Club 57 building.
