Steuben County Department of Public Works Commissioner Eric Rose says they’ll be working this month in West Union and Troupsburg. So on Wednesday, October 8 and Thursday, October 9, crews will be closing County Route 84 between Hillard Road and County Route 111 in Troupsburg so they can install new crossover pipes. That’ will be 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for both days.
