HORNELL-Robert Melvin Clark, 84, of Hornell, passed away early Thursday morning (May 14, 2015) at Hornell Gardens, after a short illness.
He is survived by his two sisters, Mary Lou Kelleher of Rochester and Helen “Jean” Kubiak of Hornell.
Bob was predeceased by his parents, Harlo and Isabelle Monaghan Clark; his wife, Florence Fridenburgh; his sister, Ruth McInerney and his brother, James Clark.
Calling hours are 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the Bishop & Johnson Funeral Home, Inc., 285 Main St., Hornell. Friends are invited to meet his family at St. Ann’s Church in Hornell where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Millbrook, N.Y.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in his memory to St. Ann’s Church of Our Lady of the Valley Parish, 27 Erie Ave., Hornell, N.Y. 14843. Envelopes for memorial contributions will be available at the funeral home.
