Rochester resident Dominic Pezzola, who was charged by the U.S. Attorneys Office with Conspiracy; Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers, Civil Disorder, Government Property or Contracts, Obstruction of an Official Proceeding, Robbery of Personal Property of the United States, Restricted Building or Grounds; Aiding and Abetting, was sentenced on Friday to 10 years in prison.
This follows the news from this past May, that Dansville resident, Katharine Hallock Morrison, 38, was “sentenced to eight months in prison, 24 months of supervised release, and a fine/restitution of $2,000 for obstruction of an official proceeding,” it stated on the DOJ website.
Morrison pleaded guilty on October 3, 2022.
