Saudi Arabian state TV says the results of a probe show that Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi died in a fist fight at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey. Saudi state media also says the Kingdom’s deputy chief of intelligence has been removed from his position by royal decree.
