Schumer, Langworthy, Weigh In On Car Attack In New Orleans

January 2, 2025

From Senator Chuck Schumer: I’m praying for those who were killed, those who were injured, their families, and all of New Orleans. This attack was an unconscionable act of terrorism. We must do more to fight terrorism at home and abroad. I’m thankful for all the first responders who leapt to action and saved lives.

From Congressman Nick Langworthy: My prayers are with the victims, their families, and the brave police officers responding to the horrific act of terrorism in New Orleans. We must unearth every detail of this deadly attack and the American people deserve full transparency as to how and why it occurred. Under President Trump and Republicans the return of safety of American citizens is our top priority.
