Seimens is in the process of buying Dresser Rand, and Assemblyman Joe Giglio (R, Steuben, Allegany Counties) says he is hopeful that Siemens values the approximately 2200 hard working men and women employed by Dresser-Rand at the Olean, Wellsville and Painted Post locations.
Giglio also noted that the Southern Tier and Western New York is home to some of the best and brightest labor force members in the world.
