FROM SENATOR CHUCK SCHUMER: “Ryan Corbett has been unjustly held by the Taliban for over two years. He’s an incredible humanitarian who calls Western New York home. I met today with his wife Anna to talk about how we’re continuing to fight to bring Ryan home to his family.”
An aide to Senator Schumer says, the senator has met four times in recent months with the Corbetts. Ryan Corbett has been held in Afghanistan since August 2023. Schumer says, they spoke of the continuing fight to bring her husband home to America.
