BATH, NY – Tonya Smith of Painted Post, will be sentenced tomorrow in Steuben County Court.
Tonya Smith was recently convicted on manslaughter and reckless endangerment charges, for running over Donnie Masti of Bath in a fatal DWI that happened in 2019.
