FROM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE: Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are possible through Wednesday night, especially along and west of I-81. Main threats are damaging winds, hail, and locally heavy rainfall which could lead to isolated flash flooding. However, an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
