BATH, NY – From the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office:
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on May 18, 2019, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dylan M. Outman, age 26, of Merrill Lane, Hornell, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Outman, currently housed at the Steuben County Jail, caused damage to a cell window. Mr. Outman was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and continued to be remanded to the Steuben County Jail to appear in Bath Town Court at a later date.
