Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard says 33 year old Craig Ronquillo of Hornell has been charged with 1st degree attempted rape, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. The alleged victim is under age 18, the alleged incident said to have happened in Pulteney.
The sheriff also reports that a 62 year old Monaca, Pennsylvania man was charged after allegedly violating a protection order in Hornellsville. The 62 year old male, Robert Ciccone, was arraigned and remanded to Steuben County Jail, $2,000 bail. The charges against Ciccone was Criminal Contempt in the First Degree.
