Sheriff Allard’s Policy About Households Breaking The 10 Person Limit Rule

STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – A number of sheriffs across upstate New York, have been quoted as saying they were not going to enforce Governor Andrew Cuomo’s 10 person per household rule, for private property social gatherings. We checked in with Steuben County Seriff Jim Allard, who says when the sheriff’s department here gets complaints about households having more than 10 people over, the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department will investigate, as they are required to do.
