Steuben County Emergency Services Director Tim Marshall tells WLEA News, that the area impacted by the Wednesday night flash flooding, was South Canisteo. Routes 36, 30 and 21 were all affected, and last night, Route 36 between Canisteo and Jasper had closed down.
We’re also hearing this morning that County Route 119 was affected by the Wednesday night flash flooding.
