South Hornell Man Charged, After Allegedly Threatening People

SOUTH HORNELL, NY – Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that deputies arrested Reggie Cansdale, age 61, of South Hornell Road, following an investigation of a reported disruptive and threatening visitor in a health care facility in Hornellsville.

“It is alleged that Mr. Cansdale threatened to cause serious harm to the facility and members of the public in the facility,” said Sheriff Allard.
Cansdale was charged with Making a Terroristic Threat, a Class D Felony. he was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
