It is a sacred patriotic duty to continue our protests against this administration’s lawlessness. Local participants will join the more than nine million Americans expected to take part.”
FROM HORNELL DEMOCRAT CHAIR JOHN BRADLEY: “Ordinary citizens of all political persuasions are fed up with cruelty and capriciousness of the Trump regime.”
Event organizer John CLinton Bradley tells WLEA News that he believes that there was a turnout of 254 people. Other estimates were higher: more like over 300. Congressional Democrat hopeful Aaron Gies spoke in the 10am hour about how there are no kings in United States. Also, Republican hopeful Jim King spoke as well, about how the Iran War was not authorized by Congress.
Numerous vehicles drove by, honking and waving their hands out of car windows, in support. One truck with American Flags and spray painted messages, was seen continuously driving around the block, in disagreement.
