HARTSVILLE, NY – Hartsville Town Supervisor John Bowles announced this morning, that there will be a special meeting held on Wednesday night, November 29, at 7pm at the Hartsville Town Hall. On the agenda will be: buying a new loader for about $150,000, passing a resolution to allow the deputy town clerk to pay tax collector related bills, and amending the Hartsville wind law.
