Officer Speed Pleaded Not Guilty

BATH, NY – Hornell Police Officer Jennifer Speed has entered a not guilty plea in Steuben County Court. “She zealously maintains her innocence and denies each and every accusation contained within the indictment,” stated Rochester attorney James Riotto. .
Speed is now in Steuben County Jail, after being arrested last Friday night.
She is accused of stealing $15,000 from the Hornell Police Department’s evidence room.
