FROM ST JAMES HOSPITAL: Please join us in warmly welcoming Tina France, BS, GCPH, RN to St. James Hospital as our new Director of Quality and Programs, effective June 2, 2025.
In her new role, Tina will oversee several key areas including:

✅ Case Management
Tina brings a wealth of experience in public health, long-term care, acute care, and healthcare compliance. Her impressive background includes roles as a Hospital Nursing Service Consultant, Infection Prevention Specialist, Director of Nursing, and Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance. She has led numerous successful initiatives to improve patient outcomes, drive regulatory readiness, and enhance operational efficiency.
A proud graduate of the St. James School of Nursing, Tina also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roberts Wesleyan College and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University at Albany.
We are excited to welcome Tina back to the St. James family and look forward to the impact her leadership will have on the continued delivery of safe, high-quality care to our patients and community.
