From Amity State Police:
On January 5, 2021, at 1:19 A.M., Troopers out of SP Amity responded to a one vehicle rollover on State Route 13B in Canaseraga, NY. Further investigation revealed that the 2002 Chevrolet Blazer was traveling west bound on State Route 13B and exited the roadway on a curve striking the guiderail. This caused the Blazer to overturn, ejecting Paul T. Longer, 44 of Canaseraga. The other occupant, Dominic Shannon, 63 of Canaseraga had non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Noyes Memorial Hospital. Longer was pronounced at the scene.
NYS Collision Reconstruction Unit, Forensic Identification Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation are assisting with this investigation.
