WIRT, NY – State Police in Allegany County report that the rear tire of a state trooper vehicle was slashed, while state police were breaking up an underage drinking party in the Town of Wirt.
Troopers say the suspect is 20 year old male from Whitesville, who is accused of criminal mischief, criminal nuisance, and obstructing governmental administration.
According to State Police, 8 other people who were there at the party, were charged for underage drinking.
