In Broome County yesterday, State Police ticketed a driver going through a construction work zone going 82 miles an hour in a 55 zone. That was on I-86 in the Town of Vestal. Troopers also say, they were dressed like construction workers when they were watching for speeding drivers yesterday in Broome County.
