Stefanik Statement – House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik released the following statement regarding the rigged verdict in the New York City Biden Trial against President Donald J. Trump:
“Today’s verdict shows how corrupt and rigged the American justice system has become under Joe Biden. I fully support President Trump appealing this decision and look forward to the New York Court of Appeals delivering justice and overturning this verdict. The facts are clear: this was a zombie case brought forward by Joe Biden’s allies in a desperate attempt to save Biden’s failing campaign and the verdict hinged on the testimony of a convicted felon who was disbarred for lying. This sham trial was overseen by a corrupt and highly conflicted Judge who is a Biden donor and his own family has profited off this case, this Judge imposed a gag order on President Trump and his team which prevented them from talking about this rigged witch hunt, this Judge routinely sided and with the prosecution and prevented President Trump’s defense from calling a critical witness to the stand. The prosecution team that brought forward this case consisted of a Soros-funded Far Left Democrat District Attorney on a vendetta, a Democrat political operative, and Democrat donors. From the start, the scales of justice were stacked against President Trump. Joe Biden, Far Left Democrats, and their stenographers in the mainstream media have made it clear they will stop at nothing to prevent President Trump from returning to the White House. We must redouble our efforts and work around the clock to ensure President Trump is victorious this November to save America from Biden’s failed Far Left Democrat agenda.”

We have witnessed a blatant action to imprison a Presidential nominee and steal the election out of the hands of the voters. A corrupt prosecutor, a corrupt judge, and a corrupt jury conspired to undermine our democracy in a manner more fitting of a banana republic than the United States of America.
George Soros bankrolled Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, acting as a useful idiot for Biden, has manipulated the legal system to serve the interests of the radical Left. It is an egregious abuse of power aimed solely at keeping President Trump out of the White House. Every American should be deeply concerned and have serious doubts about the integrity of our judicial system after what we have seen today. This miscarriage of justice is not just an attack on President Trump but also on our democracy and the very principles that our nation was founded upon.
I stand fully behind President Trump and reject this sham trial just like the Appellate Division will. The real verdict will come on November 5th when the people vote to send Trump back to the White House.”

Biden is engaging in clear election interference against his opponent who is beating him in the polls,” said Congresswoman Tenney. “As a member of the New York Bar and daughter of a New York State Supreme Court Justice, I am appalled by the unethical politically motivated antics of Judge Merchan. He imposed unnecessary and unconstitutional gag orders on President Trump, effectively silencing him and hindering his ability to campaign freely. Judge Merchan engaged in obvious and unethical bias in a rush to get a guilty verdict, not to ensure justice under the law. Our country was founded on the principle of blind justice, but the Left has weaponized our legal system, trampling this core principle of our nation. This alarming abuse of power underscores a deeply troubling reality: we have a politicized, two-tiered system of justice in America.”
FROM HORNELL GOP LEADER PAUL VAN CAESEELE: Yesterday, our country’s legacy was smeared by a weaponized and failed justice system with a personal agenda. The day after President Trump has been found guilty on 34 absurd felony charges, Republicans, Independents, and many Democrats across the country are rallying to expose the fact that our own government is ambushing the leader of a political party to sway election results.
Leaders of the opposition should be ashamed that they have successfully convicted an innocent former President, while the Biden crime syndicate continues to leave an ongoing trail of blatant malfeasance daily.
Our Federal two-tiered justice system makes it more obvious every day that they are progressively using the bench to play politics.
However, in the end, I expect these sham charges will be overturned on appeal and President Trump will be vindicated. The Democrat Party has made fatal errors in judgment as even “Never Trumpers” are now supporting the movement looking forward to November 5th as the day of reckoning. And although these current circumstances may be hard for my fellow Trump supporters to swallow, I urge you to be patient but vigilant as this is a story of sacrifice.
So, as we sit back and watch the Democrat Party denigrate the use of our government’s power to pander to their own elitist interests, we need to make sure we use this new instance of iniquitous corruption as further provocation to make a change at the ballot box this November 5th. We need results that are “Too Big to Rig”.
