BATH, NY – Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker announced today that Cedric Williams, 37, of Dodge Street Rochester, and Jessica Horton, 32, of Corning, were both arrested after a Steuben County Grand Jury sealed indictment warrant was handed up. Both suspects, Williams and Horton, are accused of selling cocaine in Bath on March 22. The charges against the two suspects, are criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance, in the Third Degree.
Baker says that more arrests are expected.
