Statement From Steuben County Democratic Chair Shawn Hogan:
At the Spring Meeting of the Full Steuben County Democratic Committee held in Bath, New York, on May 8th, 2019. Tracy Mitrano, who has previously announced her Candidacy for the Democratic nomination for the 23rd Congressional Seat, addressed the full committee. Tracy spoke for 15 minutes and upon conclusion of her question and answer period a motion was made and seconded to endorse Tracy for the 23rd Congressional District seat; after some discussion the motion was moved and the vote was unanimous to offer the full committees endorsement.
