The Steuben County Legislature is having three special committee meetings on Monday, August 26th. That’ll be special meetings of the Human Services, Health Education Committee, the Agriculture, Industry and Planning Committee and the Public Works Committee. Local issues that are a result of flooding from Tropical Storm Debby will be discussed. Among them, how much the county will charge in tipping fees for flood debris being brought in to the county landfill.
