The Steuben County Legislature’s new comprehensive plan is being worked on. County Manager Jack Wheeler says, it will take about 18 months to finish.
Wheeler also says, the county’s new comprehensive plan will focus on updating how to deal with water, sewer, electric, broadband, bridges, housing, farming, parks, trails and other related issues.
