The public is invited to attend an informational session regarding our Route 54 Corridor Study that sets the groundwork for future development.

Learn about study findings, site considerations, and potential uses being considered for future development including an overview of the following:
▪ Zoning, permissible uses, and regulatory constraints
▪ Topography
▪ Soils & Geotechnical Conditions – General soil suitability from USDA mapping
▪ Environmental Considerations – Wetlands, threatened species, and floodplain analysis
▪ Utility Infrastructure – Availability of water, sewer, natural gas, and electricity
▪ Transportation Access & Traffic Study – Proximity to NY-54, I-86, and nearby rail lines
▪ Cultural & Historic Resources – Preliminary review submitted to NYS SHPO
