BATH, NY – Steuben County Public Health Director Darlene Smith says she’s entering into an agreement with a Buffalo area company which gives away vending machines with narcan kits and test strips for fentynal and xylozene. The Buffalo company is called Matters Network and their goal is to get these vending machines in various locations across New York State.
