Steuben County lawmaker Kelly Fitzpatrick of Bath was voted in as Chair of the Legislature by county lawmakers. Fitzpatrick is the first female chair in the county’s history.
James Kuhl of Erwin was named as the county’s legislature’s Vice Chairman.
