STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – The Steuben County Emergency Sercices director Tim Marshall reports that his office has spoken with the National Weather Service and that the National Weather Service has unconfirmed reports of a tornado in the Town of Howard.
Marshall says there is possible damage there…
