From The Steuben County Board Of Elections:
Eligible voters have three ways to cast their ballots in the reinstated June 23 primaries for President (Democrat) and the SAM State Committee according to the Steuben County Board of Elections. 1) Voters may apply for absentee ballots with applications already mailed to eligible, registered voters. Applications must be returned to the county elections board to receive absentee ballots. 2) Voters may vote in person from 6 am-9 pm June 23 at available locations. OR 3) Voters may participate in Early Voting starting June 13 at the county Annex 20 E. Morris Street for the June Primary.

9 am to 2:pm Saturday – June 13 9 am to 2:pm Sunday – June 14 10 am to 6 pm Monday – June 15 10 am to 8 pm Tuesday – June 16 10 am to 6 pm Wednesday – June 17 10 am to 8 pm Thursday – June 18 10 am to 6 pm Friday – June 19 9 am to 2 pm Saturday – June 20 9 am to 2 pm Sunday – June 21 Steuben Board of Elections commissioners say some Primary poll sites on June 23 may be moved and consolidated with other poll sites depending on the availability of sites and election inspectors.
