ALFRED, NY – Alfred Police Chief Paul Griffith says that a 22 year old male student from West Africa, Mbemba TambaJang, is accused of committing multiple burglaries in the Village of Alfred.
Police Chief Griffith says the student was charged and is in Allegany County jail, $5,000 bail.
