Arkport Summerfest is coming up this weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 10, 11, 12. There will be music, vendors, fireworks, a parade and a 5K run.
Also coming up this weekend, the charity softball game – the Battle of the Badges, that will be between the Hornell Police and Fire Departments and it will be held on Friday night at 7:00, at Maple City Park in Hornell.
Then starting on Sunday and going through Saturday July 18, the Alfred University Most Arts Festival. The week-long classical music and arts event features daily daytime chamber music series, the Young Pianist Competition, and evening symphony performances held at the Miller Performing Arts Center.
