ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – The Wellsville Regional News page reports that Chase Lotter, the suspect who was wanted for recent robberies in Belmont and Bolivar, was caught in Rochester, and is now in Allegany County Jail, $100,000 bail, after being charged with robbery, burglary and grand larceny. According to the Wellsville Regional News page, Lotter is also wanted for a robbery at the Kwik Fill in Bradford, from earlier this week.
