Suspected Drug Dealer From Rochester Charged in Steuben Co.

BATH, NY – Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports the arrest of a suspected drug dealer from Rochester. The suspect is 26 years old, she’s facing numerous charges, and is being held in Steuben County Jail.

Sheriff Allard says that Corning and Bath police and the Steuben County District Attorneys office, assisted in this arrest.

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on September 15th, 2019, deputies arrested Nishala S. Flowers, age 26, of Strathmore Circle, Rochester, New York, due to a superior court warrant. Ms. Flowers was indicted for allegedly committing two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, all Class B Felonies. Ms. Flowers was held in the Steuben County Jail to await arraignment in Steuben County Court.
Sheriff Allard thanks the members of the Corning Police Department, the Bath Police Department and the District Attorney’s Office for their assistance in this investigation.
