Arkport Village Board Swears In Two Trustees and Mayor, Schedule April Budget Hearing

ARKPORT, NY – The Arkport Village Board had a swearing in ceremony last night of their two recently-elected trustees, Patricia Amidon and Ryan Beers, and also Mayor George Prete. All three had previously held the positions they were elected for, and all were elected for two-year terms.
Additionally, the village board announced that they will have a public hearing on the 2024-25 budget at 6:30pm on April 16, and their regular meeting for the month of April will take place later that evening at 7pm.
The Arkport Department of Public Works is also auctioning off several of their outdated pieces of equipment. The auctions are taking place on Auction International, and among the things being auctioned are a 2014 Ford F550 and two zero-turn mowers.
