Tax Foundation Praises Cuomo’s Recent Budget

The tax foundation is praising this recent New York State budget for including major reforms to the state’s corporate income tax system and estate tax.
The tax foundation goes on to say that while some of the targeted credits and programs deserve criticism, the broad-based changes to the corporate tax are impressive and will greatly reduce complexities and burdens in New York’s corporate tax structure.
