HORNELL, NY – The funeral for Hornell IDA Chairman and Hornell Democrat Chairman Sam Nasca, is going to be held at 10am this morning at St Anne’s Church in Hornell.
Former Mayor Shawn Hogan will be giving the eulogy, and there will be full military honors. Sam Nasca served in the US Air Force from 1952-1957.
The 90 year old longtime Hornell official died on Wednesday, February 14, in Albany, where he worked as the leader of the United Transportation Union.
