Steuben County Assistant District Attorney Joan Merry says, the Mihaly Bodnar case is going on this week in the Steuben County Court in Bath. Bodnar is accused of allegedly abusing children in Hornell. Hornell Police say he tried to fly out of the country from the Newark, New Jersey airport, just before he was arrested. He was arrested at that airport by ICE.
Merry also says that District Attorney Brooks Baker is the prosecutor in this case.
