Mohamed Abrini has confessed to being the “man in the hat” filmed in Brussels Airport surveillance video. Abrini was arrested Friday and charged Saturday with terrorist murders and participation in the activities of a terrorist group. Belgian authorities will continue to conduct raids and investigations to search for more terror suspects.
