This Year There Is A Statewide Proposition, Called The Equal Rights Amendment, Prop 1

Early voting starts on Saturday October 26 and election day this year is Tuesday November 5.

This year there is a statewide proposition called Prop 1, the Equal Rights Amendment.

Opponents of Prop 1 say Prop 1 is written in vague language but will be a way of taking away female students abilities to object to boys coming into a school locker rooms or bathrooms.
