BATH, NY – The Star Gazette reports that Thomas Clayton, who was found guilty of 1st and 2nd degree murder in the death of his wife Kelly Clayton, Thomas Clayton has filed an appeal on his conviction. Clayton was found guilty after a trial that ended in February of 2017.
