Canisteo Village Police report three arrests: a 14 year old is charged there with 1st degree rape by forcible compulsion. The youth will be in what’s called Steuben County Youth Partition Court.
Samantha Marble, 33, Canisteo, is charged with 3rd degree burglary, after an alleged incident at a Main Street Canisteo business.
Eric Thomas, 62, Main Street Canisteo is charged with 2nd degree obstruction of governmental administration for allegedly trying to interfere with a Canisteo Police arrest,
