Three big cases will be in Steuben County courtrooms in the new year. The case of Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard against the Steuben County legislature, over the sheriff having to pay, out of pocket, for his at-work insurance, that case will be heard on January 4, at 2:00pm in front of Judge Jason Cook.
The accused Bath shooting suspect, Larry Schoonover, will also be in court January 4, at 2:00pm in front of Judge Chauncey Watches.
THe former Addison Clerk/Treasurer, Ursula Stone, who is accused of stealing, will be in court on April 17, at 1015am.
